Living My Legacy - B’s Ballpark Museum
Bruce created B’s Ballpark Museum, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization as part of his Will-Full Planning™. The Museum has provided the following tax and estate benefits:
- An immediate charitable income tax deduction for the fair market value of the collectibles initially contributed to the Museum. Subsequent contributions to the Museum are also income tax deductible.
- The Museum’s assets are excluded from our estate for estate tax purposes.
- If the Museum’s assets are ever sold or transferred, it will be to another qualifying charity.
- The legal structure of the Museum provides asset protection.
- The Museum has a life of its own.
